Can I cancel an order placed on online?
Yes, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase before we deliver.
Items ordered via SPATIALINTEGRITY.CO.NZ may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours after the order is placed.

RETURNS
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FOR ITEMS THAT ARE RECEIVED DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT, OR FOR EXCHANGE.
See below for SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD conditions of return. 

FAULTY PRODUCT
Returns of faulty product will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you and within 14 days of receipt. All products returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by customer will not be accepted as faulty. We will either repair or replace a faulty product if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD about the fault. Returns of faulty products must be returned to SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD within 14 days of being received by you. In the case SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a shop credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any delivery costs incurred.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please inspect your products upon receipt. In the unfortunate event that damage occurs in shipping, SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD will need pictures of the damaged area on the product as well as pictures of the outside and inside packing material in order to process a claim with the shipping company. Please retain all packing materials until a claim is filed by SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD and arrangements can be made for a replacement or repair. Contact SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD immediately in the case of any damage occurrence. Returns of damaged product will only be accepted if the goods were dmamged when delivered to you and within 14 days of receipt.

EXCHANGES 
You may exchange any standard (non custom) product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned unused, unaltered and as new condition. All original packaging must be returned in good condition also. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the original item was faulty. Any exchanged product will be processed as a new order and a delivery cost will apply. Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns and exchanges, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. 

IMPORTANT
Please contact SPATIALINTEGRITY.CO.NZ within 7 days to make arrangements. The product must be returned unused, unaltered and as new condition. All original packaging must be returned in good condition also.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD.
