PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the item again with the correct information.
Prices stated are in New Zealand currency. 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included on all orders shipped within New Zealand. No GST is charged on orders shipped internationally. Prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs or other charges which may be payable in relation to an order. Unless otherwise stated, any accessories shown in any image of the products are not included in the price.
Please note that SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD reserves the right to alter prices listed on SPATIALINTEGRITY.CO.NZ at any time or any reason.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept bank deposit and credit card. For credit card payment, third party validation is by "Flo2Cash" and "Payment Express".
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on SPATIALINTEGRITY.CO.NZ if the item selected for purchase is not available, SPATIAL INTEGRITY will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
DISPUTES
Any disputes relating in any way to your visit to SPATIALINTEGRITY.CO.NZ or to products or service sold by SPATIAL INTEGRITY LTD through the website will be governed by the Law of New Zealand, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of New Zealand.
